You are unlikely to find it at stations for the good reason that they are full of people arriving from the UK and they will have brought their English newspapers with them. Your best bet are major newspaper/ tobacconists outlets in the centre of Lille, but I doubt they will stock the Guardian. They are more likely to have the Times.

You could email the Guardian and ask them if they ship newspapers abroad. A good number of articles appear on the net anyway.
